Soulja Boy might have to crank right out of his Atlanta pad.

The rapper, born DeAndre Way, has been served with eviction papers for not paying his $4,725 November rent for his ATL home. Soulja has until December 5 to pay up or risk getting thrown out.

SB has had a rough year so far, including allegedly lying about owning a private jet, upsetting the military with one of his songs and getting arrested for reportedly carrying weed and a gun in a briefcase.

In related news, Soulja Boy’s fourth studio album, Promise, is slated to drop next year, following his 2010 release, The DeAndre Way.

“Right now I’m working on my new album; it’s called Promise — my fourth album to release from Interscope Records,” Soulja told The Boombox recently. “It’ll be in stores top of 2012. I want everybody to support. [The album is] just really showing the growth and maturity of Soulja Boy. It’s going to be dope. It’s going to be lot of great records on it, a lot of dope features, a lot of great production. I want all my fans to check it out.”
